Sensory curation at Pyramid of Arts. For a long time Sam has wanted to create a call out for curation (a brief or provocation) that does not rely on written or verbal understanding as the primary mode of interpretation. This is because it’s not their primary mode of communication, but also because it’s exciting to make sensory led work. The resulting sensory call out emerged, with ideas from the curation panel about what sounds, colours and onomatopeic word we might use. With particular thanks to Ella and Pamela Crowe.
